Before You Book
How long do I keep the totes?
Every package is a two-week rental. Most people take delivery a few days before the move and use the rest of the time to unpack. Need longer? Extend by the week at the rate shown on your package.
Do you deliver to apartments and high-rises?
Yes. We carry totes to your door, stairs or elevator. If your building needs a certificate of insurance or a reserved loading dock time, tell us when you book and we'll send it ahead.
Are the totes clean?
Every tote is washed, sanitized and inspected between rentals. Cracked or stained totes are retired.
What if I move outside the service area?
We can still deliver to your old address. For pickup outside the area there is a flat fee by distance, quoted before you book. Moving out of state? Ask us about a one-way option.
What if a tote gets damaged or lost?
Normal wear is on us. A missing or broken tote is $15, which we'll mention at pickup before charging anything.
Can I add more totes after delivery?
Yes. Text us and we'll bring extras on our next run in your area, usually within a day or two, at $2 per tote.
